One of the most common questions we get is: “What is and isn’t included in our Tasks?”

The first thing to understand is that Projects are not the same as Tasks.

However, that doesn’t always mean we can’t help with a project through our service team

To help clarify, here’s a list of things that are NOT considered standard “Tasks”:

New Websites

Website redesign

Building landing pages from design mockups not created by our Design Team

Strategic and marketing advice

Custom plugin or theme development

Designs working with, Keynote, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Pages etc...

Deep technical troubleshooting isn’t included-we focus more on implementing solutions than investigating why something isn’t working.

Search Marketing/Off-Page SEO

Social Media posting - Available with our Project Manager Addon

Setting up Email Accounts or other IT related tasks

General VA or Administrative tasks like Transcription, Data Entry, Research etc..

Video Editing

What If What I Want Isn't a Task?

No problem-just reach out and tell us what you're trying to achieve. We’ll respond with one of three options:

Propose:

We’ll let you know if it’s something we can do for an additional service charge, and explain exactly how to get started.

Recommend:

If it’s not something we offer, but we know a trusted provider who does, we’ll point you in the right direction.

Assist:

If we can’t help directly, we’ll still do our best to guide you toward a helpful solution or next step.
